Beach Memories is located near the Gulf of Mexico, where dolphins play in the waves off the shores of the Fort Morgan beaches. Get away from the crowded beaches within the city limits, and enjoy the laid back atmosphere. While you're at Beach Memories, you'll have access to many activities, including swimming in the Gulf, shell hunting, fishing, crabbing, walking and biking trails, bird watching, and much more! Best of all, the beach is just a short walk away!
On the first level you'll find the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and the large laundry room (a must-have for any trip to the beach!). The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, private bathroom, and TV. This bedroom has a private balcony with wonderful views of the gulf. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, futon sleeper, and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. Both the second and third bedroom have private access to the balcony shared between the 2 rooms. The second bathroom is also shared with the second and third bedrooms.
On the second level, you will find the master bedroom, living area, kitchen. The wonderful master bedroom is large and roomy featuring a King-size bed and private balcony. The large master bathroom has his and hers sinks and vanity with seating, a separate shower, toilet room, and a wonderful jetted tub. There is custom painting on the walls giving the bathroom a lovely Grecian touch.
You'll feel right at home in the well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you'll find the full complement of cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils -- everything you need to transform a fresh catch into the Special of the Day! You'll appreciate the microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher as well, all of which all get you out of the kitchen more quickly!
The living room is tastefully decorated and comfortable, providing entertainment for the whole family with the large screen TV with DVD player and satellite channels. There is a balcony right off the living area where you can relax and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.
Wireless internet access is provided.
Outside amenities include an enclosed shower house and charcoal grill. Park under the house on the concrete pad.
Linens are provided, including sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are provided.

“I absolutely love the layout of this house. I wouldn't change a thing. The master suite is huge with a jetted shower. You can see the bay and the ocean from the deck on the top level. The house is located on a quiet street and only about 4 houses from the beach. The ice cream truck came by every day. I can't wait to stay here again!”

“We had an excellent time. The only problem was the tv in the master bedroom did not work. the only suggestion we would make is end tables for the couch. the kitchen was well stocked and the house was furnished very well. The beds were comfortable. just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again!”

“The house was very clean to be a pet friendly property and you would not know pets are welcome. There were minor cosmetic issues and the satellite service in the master bedroom did not work (not a huge deal if it didn’t rain the entire week). There are a lot of steps and the main floor (kitchen, living area) is the top (third) floor. I anticipated this, but others with me did not. I do not normally rent from companies and prefer renting from an owner. We always arrive an hour, maybe two earlier than check-in time. The house was not rented the previous week, so I requested an early check-in. They were willing to accommodate me, but would require an additional fee. If it was more than a few hours it might have been worth the fee. So, we had to wait until the exact time (4:00 pm not 3:59 pm) to enter the home. The rules, are the rules. This is not a huge problem, just a major difference between a company and an owner. Other than that, the property was just as advertised and the company was easy to work with. The beds are comfortable, great space, plenty of towels, close to the beach, quiet area, and the views were nice.”

“This was a family vacation with 6 adults, all who over 21. We were looking for a 4 bedroom house with at least double beds in all the rooms, no bunk beds. Beach Memories fit that bill exactly. While being on the beach would have been fantastic, we were only 200 yds away from the sand. While Ft. Morgan was lovely and quiet, it was about 18 miles west of Gulf Shores so activity planning and grocery shopping required some planning. We just enjoyed the beach and family game nights. The house has a few cosmetic issues but nothing that interferred with our stay.”

“We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, well furnished and well maintained. It was an easy walk to a beautiful white sands beach. It was not proximal to many of the restaurants mainly due to distance. It was a trade off for a more private environment at Spring Break time. The price for the experience was a good deal! We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. It was one of the best vacation experiences we have had.”

“We were absolutely blown away by this beach house! My husband & I vacationed for 7 nights with our 3 adult children, son-in-law and a future daughter-in-law and could not have enjoyed a vacation more! Plenty of space for us all. Great location to the beach and we could've walked to Tacky Jack's! Thank you Coastal Realty for taking care of our family when the first rental house we had rented was sold and no longer available!! “excellent home for large young families...home has a lot of steps/no elevator...wouldn't recommend for elderly....the beach is dog friendly but not everyone is cleaning up after their pet....but the house is beautiful and very close to the beach....there are views of the gulf and the bay...fun to look thru binoculars at ships passing while sitting on the veranda.....very enjoyable.”
